Ok so found the problem, I replaced the slave cylinder bolts with nice cap screws but they were too long, and when the clutch was pressed in the pressure plate would lift and hit one of the bolts.

Haha nope but thanks torqued I did a bit more reading around front track and unless I lengthen my front arms it won't be good so looks like I'll roll with the original 180b one
