got a set of carbies off a 1600 track motor have been sitting for about 3 years and prob need a service, unblocking as car wont start with them on.
keen to sell or swap for a stock carb for a l18 in good condition.

any one got a stock carb lying around in chch that they want to get rid of.

i brought that l18 off ya will have it in town this weekend but will recheck the wiring

140 i think they came through rare spares was a few years ago so cant remember for sure

just sliped a l18 into my 1600 and now the regulator goes non stop. i dont see how it cauld be any diffrent to the 1600 motor. alll wires are hooked up properly so wondering how i can stop it or if ive done something wrong in hooking it up. also whats the reason it doing it. any help would be mint c...

got a mate who worked at a windscreen shop to order me some in and fit them. the chrome was easy to fit but the rubber no longer sat flush with the car but poked out about a 1cm. nothing wrong with the rubber and it fitted as it was meant to and dosent leak a drop
