Re: 67 p411 bluebird

Sorry for the lack of updates. Its been a busy few weeks, and I have to admit the Datto has been on the back burner. I had to put the new chippy in our bus and helped my father in law move which was a mission with 18 projects to move. I did find some time to do some work on the bluebird, I set the v...

Re: 67 p411 bluebird

Not much work done this weekend. Spent an hour or so trying to get the timing right. But it doesn't want to no. Keeps backfiring through carb. I am going to pull the cover off and have a look at the valve clearances next.

It seems the b pillar took the worst of the hit. Followed but the hinges. Where about are you based?

Re: 67 p411 bluebird

Don't tell the wife. Meant to be building her new living room in the bus. But she has taken her horse out, so I thought it would be a good tome to pull the datsun out of the shed and clean it up a little.

Re: 67 p411 bluebird

At the moment, it needs a new left rear door/ skin and a new sill. I can fold up a sill at work easy enough, but the door skin is a little more than I am able to do myself. The front end has had a bad repair but I shouldn't have too much trouble fixing it. Going to split the b pillar as well as it w...
