Re: Jeremy's 1965 Datsun Bluebird 410
I was planning on getting the springs reset and extra leafs added so I don't get too much axle tramp and to stiffen it up. I would possibly also run small lowering blocks so I wouldn't have to make get the leafs reset too "extreme". Just incase I ever wanted to adjust it.

Re: Jeremy's 1965 Datsun Bluebird 410
Ok, quick update. Have been working on the intake setup a little. Currently only averaging around 1hr a week on the car due to having a young family. Here's a pic of the intake runners. SDC11701.JPG And one with the plenum just sitting on them SDC11702.JPG I have also been looking at the extractors ...

Re: Jeremy's 1965 Datsun Bluebird 410
That conversion looked alright, doesn't look like theres much room to play with. Although primera disc's and calipers are pretty hefty, 260mmx22 rotor and a pretty big caliper too! I think the P10 rotors are 254mm and some P11 rotors are 280mm. I may actually try the 280mm brakes first, not for sto...

Re: Vanette H190 mounts
Hmmm I was hoping that wouldn't be the answer.....
A few guys on here run them in their 1200's from memory, interested to hear what they had to do to get them in.

Re: Jeremy's 1965 Datsun Bluebird 410
Cheers Bart, will get a picture soon - I keep going out to the garage getting distracted and forgetting. In other news I was sick yesterday so whilst lying in bed read this excellent thread about brake upgrades for the 410/411's http://community.ratsun.net/topic/10125-410411-disc-brake-mod/page__st_...

Vanette H190 mounts
Hey guys, Struggling to find a definative answer anywhere about whether the leaf mounts on the vanette H190 are the same as on a standard H150/H165? Just trying to work out if an H190 from a Vanette is pretty much bolt up and go, apart from the width (plan is to run FWD mags so I don't have to short...

Re: Jeremy's 1965 Datsun Bluebird 410
Just picked two of these up for $90 on trademe.
They are U13 rotors, brand new, the same part as dattodevil used.
Just need to convince some gc to hook me up caliper brackets now![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

You make it sound so easy.suberimakuri wrote:yeah, unless you're trying to preserve the engine, might also be more likely to just hit the loud pedal less when not needed, even if higher boost is available.
