im after syncro fork off a L series gearbox for 5th and reverse gear so if anyone has any dead gearboxs or anything they can part out let me know

It could be excessive endfloat in the gears, or it could be a bent selector fork. Or a sheared off roll pin on that gearset. Micheal Van something is a gearbox guy down your way. If you get stuck hit him up. He does autos Iv done heaps of courier gearboxes up ill pull it down next week hopefully it...

today when i was driving my car it got jammed in 5th gear i got it out but now have lost reverse gear and 5th still keeps jamming im going to pull it out soon is this a common problem and easy to fix or do i look for a new box?
its a stumpy L series in my r30

Got twin soots now

No belt had no marks I got it going today has a bad whine somewhere now tho

My pully on the pump is different to that mine is the same as the one in the bottom post of this
