Long shot but am looking for an rb gearbox or bell housing to borrow so I can compression test a motor. Will bolt up to motor and for starter motor to allow it to be cranked.
Anyone have one or know a rb army type in Wellington who may be able to help? Happy to reimburse
Cheers

Paint all the bolt ons (flares, chin spoiler and boot spoiler) as well as the wheels black and it will look tough as fuck I rekon.

Re: Datto_610's 180B - Cert Prepping!
Is that all you failed your recheck on? It was my understanding that cert guys could pass a car with greater than the threshold, if they believed the tyre's contact patch wasn't compromised? Theres a bit more to it than that, ahve a read thorugh this http://www.lvvta.org.nz/documents/infosheets/LVV...

Re: Datsun 180B(p610) Sun Visor clips
I would imagine these would be pretty generic for older cars/as long as the spindle onthe visor is the same size, perhaps have a rumage at pick a part to find something? AS long as you had a matching pair it wouldnt matter if they were "correct" would it?

Re: Bolts Bolts Bolts. HELP!! Strut to ball knuckle
Cole, I have some at home from memory which mmight work. I think one of them is stripped tho as I remember replacing them with bolts. Will dig them out this weekend.
I seem to recall my bottom arm/knuckle having a locating ring which held the strut in place so small play in the bolts didn't matter.

re: check engine light.
If you are running efi and the factory ecu (from doner car) then you need a fault code light/check engine light.

Check what your alternator is doing/check voltage at the battery when running. Should be low 13s from memory. Voltage issues do cray cray things to relays and electrical systems.
Also check your earths.
