Not sure how many of you are planning on going but just thought I'd put something up here incase anyone wants to come with us!
Hokitika Wildfoods Fest is coming up on Friday the 12th to Sunday the 14th of March. I've been organising a group to go and a few of the Datsun Club are keen so figured why not try my luck and get a fuck load of you coming!
So far the rough plan is a convoy leaving sometime after lunch on Friday the 12th, getting to the coast early evening, setting up camp/ drinking & failing at putting tent up, going to the Friday night Concert (headlining act are Elemno P) or staying in campsite if not keen, attending festival on the Saturday and eating some exotic food...I haven't planned past that stage but you get the idea.
There are dress up themes and if you's really wanted to go all out...Datsun dress up theme?? Just a suggestion
If any of you are keen the prices are $20 for the Friday night festivites, $35 for the Festival Day
The campsite I'm booking in is the Sunset Point Beach Camp- It's $35 per person for both the nights (one of the cheaper camps
) It's only 100m from the festival, has free hot showers and proper toilets woo! We can park our cars with our tents and the lady said there's enough room for our large group (I'm getting in in advance)If anyone is keen I'm happy to book you all with me. So far people definately coming that you know are myself, Datto Chris Wagon & co, Lewis & co and I think Andy & co. Matt and Jo are maybes but we'll make it happen lol
Better put a list up! Here are the people that are going that I know of. If you're coming and not on the list, please let me know! And for the one's on the list without a few details please help me fill the blanks haha
