Rodney Auto Electrical's 120Y Wagon

Post by 150Y »

Gidday, Here's my 78 120Y Wagon, It's my daily driver work hack, I've rebuilt most of the rusted out front sub frame and a few cancerous rust holes but couldn't be arsed painting it properly, I like the roughness that of the shelf aerosols provide ! Had to get rear springs reset to get the 14" Tridents to fit (I carry my tools and a load of parts so need proper suspension) Powered by A15 with 40 mil Dellortoes, HPC'd Extractors, MSD 6AL Ignition, 5 Speed, Now just waiting for my stage 3 cam from Reg Cook!
HMmm some help needed how do ya stick pics on here?

Wahey, slotted the Reg Cook Cam in last weekend and couldn't get rid of the rattly tappet noise 0.35mm factory noisy 0.25 in 0.30 ex noisy, bit of ringing around and an engine rebuilder says check valve springs for coil bind, yep thats the problem! so changed the springs last night with double springs and now sorted. launches without bogging down & Fuck I'll have to get a Tacho now cos it pull some serious revs now!
