I like the idea of the massive workshop/bar. I reckon it'dd have a high roof workshop with gantry, hoist and a mezzinine floor, the messinine floor would have a bit of storage and the bar and couchs upstairs. Plus obligitory massive sound system (to hear of the grinding sparks of course) mmmmm time for bed i think i'm already dreaming
