Heres a mate of mine in his mongrel skyline running a RB26DE+T. Running 500mm exhaust and truck flap. Have to be my favorite skyline because of how rust is has through the firewall.

Heres some old footage from the news many many years ago, Personally I dont see the problem. Very rusty cars driven on Great barrier island. Few dattos, toyotas etc.
