Welcome to the site mate.
The first thing you'll need to do it get the engine mounted in the engine bay. Bluebirds are already a "Frontsump" engine, which is the same as the SR20. if you're unable to fabricate new engine mounts, or have a mate/family member who can, then you'll either need to find someone who's able to do it for you, or perhaps see if someone like Datsport sells a fitting fit. (I know they sell some engine fitting kits)
Once your and gearbox are mounted up nicely, you'll need to have the wiring loom done. I'm told that the factory engine loom only has a few wires that need to be connected to make the engine run. Datsunboy is currently wiring up Garth's 1200 with an SR20de. Although I believe He has removed ALL the wires not needed from the loom.
You'll need an SR20DE exhaust front pipe, and at the least you'll need to have that welded onto your existing exhaust system. Off the top of my head, I don't know if the radiator hoses are on the same side fron L20B to SR20 or not. If they're not you'll want to get the hose pipes onm the tanks of your radiator changed over to suit the engine. I don't know about bluebirds, but in cars like 510's, people tend to cut down the top radiator hose neck off the motor, and have it shortened. (Thats not a big ticket job, but it does requires somoene who can Aluminuim TIG weld if you do need it done)
Odds are you'll need to at least massage your gearstick hole, if not enlargen it.
From memory, the gearbox input yolk is the same from SR to L series. So you may need to have your driveshaft shortened a little.
Thats a breif overveiw. There a plenty of people here that will be able to give advise too.
