badly needed Lseries 4cylinder electronic or mecanical dizzy

as per tittle i need something asap ive got a track day coming up in two weeks and mines stuffed its got way to much play in the shaft. can anyone help please??

if you get stuck can you just not rebush it to fix play or is there more to its buggeredness than shaft play.

yea it stuffed well and proper im in the mount and its an L series
