For those who saw it at Akaroa, you will know this is a cool looking wee car. She is solid and honest, few bumps and scrapes and couple of minor bits of rust around wheel arches and the likes but overall a sweet wee car.
Interior is very good, door cards & dash are mint, just a couple of rips in the velour part of the seats (the rear seat back is quite scruffy)
1978 GX Model (factory tacho, up-spec dash etc)
It is only had about 3 owners, and done About 180km from new. it is the sweetest running A series I have ever owned.
doesnt drip any oil or fluid, run 550km to AKaroa and back a fortnight back and didnt miss a beat.
Things I have done to it, since purchasing it:
> Full manual conversion (4 speed) New Spigot bush, ouput seal & trans fluid
> Oil & Filter changed, new spark plugs, fresh coolant fill, carb tuned & timing set
> B310 Strut Tops, shortened shocks, new fluid, 250 pound front springs
> New performance Front brake pads & Brake Fluid
> Custom SSS Stripes & duckbill front spoiler
> New floor mats & SAAS sports steering wheel
> 6 months Reg & WOF put on it a few weeks ago
> Rear 2” Lowering blocks & longer U Bolts
> Decent wheel alignment done to
Taking me quite a few hours and $ to get it to this condition, asking $3K on 12" Steelies
