From the rear, this looks really dumb. The rims/tyres are piddly 225's and the widened track looks plain stupid. The camber is far too negative also. No way you'll get a good launch with half your rubber off the road, and made worse with weight transfer on launching.

I'm sure Big Sam looks a lot better than this piece of pretentiousness. Big Sam is just a plain old bad ass car that delivers the goods.

It just looks wrong from the rear. The side view looks good.

i get what you are saying man, but i dont think that was the guys objective. the name of the site would give you an idea as to what his plans were. its purely an aesthetic thing with his build. if he was to go for a performance build, he would have bigger tyres, and a lot less camber

Yeah, your post wasn't actually on screen when I started replying.

Certainly wont be a track machine in its current setup, but for stance and classic JDM styling it is spot on.

I remember watching a video where these guys were touring around Japan and looking at cars that were abandoned in paddocks or ultra rare finds in the performance garages in the middle of nowhere. They had cars looking like this in the early 90's just rusting away in paddocks with ridiculously pumped rear guards, ultra wide wheels and stretched tyres. I rmember thinking with some of the cars that if you just gave them a polish they would be winning Show and Shine competitions here in NZ but were throw away cars over there lol.
