So I was looking at Yahoo Japan and found a listing for traction bar's. Not knowing on what they did I looked in to it more. Has any one used them on there leaf spring rear end?
I have some 5mm thick angle iron and thinking about making my own. Any thoughts?

Re: Tractionbar
I would imagine they would be to stop axle tramp thia increasing traction? I think the only real need for these is if you were doing alot of drag racing or big clutch dumps.
Or if you have massive blocks or reset springs

Re: Tractionbar
Unless your getting axle tramp now, you don't need them.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

You may be right Baart, I'll have to get the old girl going to take her out for a spin.

Re: Tractionbar
agreed here, just get some 50x50x3 RHS, with some Ubolts n a rubber stop donor, but id do a watts link or similar before even remotely considering these, as they are pretty much drag use onlybrocky41 wrote:all the ones ive seen a full box section - not angle iron - rubber stops would be easy enough to source
vr6 idea still siting there, much research in the plumbing before I commit.
