wheely hard decision (sorry!)

Post by skdmrx »

hey ya'll

ive got most things sorted on my project but theres still a huge problem i cant get my head around.wheels.

This is what i need 5x114.3
16" (or bigger to fit over brakes)
18x8.5 18x7.5 biggest

i want an old school jdm style 16" but if i have to go new school itll be an 18.please post up any pics you can or comment on any of the wheels i have put up.if you know names can you put these up too.
does anyone know the name of the wheels in the 4th pic?

any help would be awsome.

with a bit of luck the car will look something like on of these two when its done.

I don't know anything about wheels. but whatever wheels you settle on, make sure it's something with LOTS of dish!
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

Theres a hint of Longchamp XR-4 in them.

Unfortunely you don't get the taiwanese Equip 01's KO's in good offsets.

This may help with wheel names and searching of jdm styles -> http://www.ratdat.com/?page_id=101

I reckon wait around for right jap sec. Although the new school dish ones look ok, the jap ones look 100 times better.
