Re: lukes 1200 ute
Engine bay was primed last night!
And Gemma decided to reupholster the ute seats, one down, one to go. Not hog tied down yet, just there for mockup purposes.
Sorted a set of 13" rims and painted them up, polished lips etc.
Got my black zinc on and did my shortened struts, 120y sway bar, strut tops and spring cups. Also picked up my equip 02s from a mate finally.
3 weeks to go.....You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Re: lukes 1200 ute
THE UTE IS PAINTED.
well, the bare shell is.
hoping for panels this week.
7yrs on the last 1200 resto...... recreated in 7 days hopefully.
while many shortcuts wont be taken, some parts wont get painted, certain trim may be missing on akaroa arrival, no hope for the front lip to be done in this timeframe, but the ute MAYYYYYYYYYYY make it.
