Post by Speed_Freak »

The fuel pump on the coupe was getting noisy and after fixing my leaky tank the fuel pump decided to pack a sad and gave up :guns: . What kind of fuel pump would you guys recommend getting, walbro 500hp etc?? Any to steer clear of? Im gona put in a surge tank fairly soon also so take that into account...

The surge tank wont have much effect on your choice of EFI pump. I'd recommend choosing a quiet lift pump when you do fit a surge tank though.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

Bosch 044 will give you all the gas you should need in your car, or Walbro as a nissan-style in-tank replacement.

Ill be going with an 044, but the rest of my fuel system is a bit of a mystery as yet.
