I was gonna reply by writing the ding-nee-ling ning of dualing banjo's, but it was too hard so I gave up.240znz wrote:This just affirms that Christchurch is the Datsun capital of NZ.
Did the "3rd from the right" Hillbilly have a banjo? It takes serious inbreeding to be able to stand like that, or is it the square dancing lessons that make limbs twist to that degree.....sheesh

Hey haydon
have you looked at this one, probably still an alright deal even including shipping, as it is complete. Its getting hard to find complete original ones

Hayden,
Auckland to CHCH is $542 +GST via rail for a drivable car, plus you need to get it to the Auckland depot. Although there is rail to Dunners, there is no means to take cars off. The only way to get it down from CHCH to DUN is via road. Jeff's quote $240+GST.
It's probably worth the wait for a car more local.

Thanks guys, thats not a bad price for train freight james, cheaper then i thought.
Hey brendon, might be keen on one of your projects, would need to be a near complete car though.
Thanks for the info, keep me posted if you see anything else.
