You'll need a custom made one.
I beleive Slodat (Dan) actually actually made one from scratch recently. Otherwise any decent spring maker should be able to whip one up.

i have a 160J thats had a FJ20ET in it motors long gone but cross member is still there.
I don't think they went the way of reversed cross member from memory as its had the mounts changed on it but is still the right way round (maybe the modified the sump im not sure) at least the sway bar is still there etc.
If your interested in that let me know i can prob grab it out for ya or atleast take a photo etc.

I have decided to just reverse the spare crossmember. However you dont happen to have an FJ20ET loom by any chance?

Na sorry mate i got car as a rolling shell.
Guy brought the car for its live plates loom and ecu stripped it then sold shell to me.
