If you are not a financial member, then think of it as parliament......pubic may attend, but have no say.....if you have something you wish to be discussed, then you must speak with a financial member to raise the issue for you (like talking to your local MP).
We encourage all members to be as much a part of the "goings on" of the club as they wish (or as little as they wish).
If you have any questions relating to the club, please don't hesitate to contact a committee member for advice, or for them to raise a question at the AGM on your behalf
