I heard about a yard in the north island and had failed to find it till yesterday. I spoke to the owner who let me have free run in a fairly decent organised yard. Unfortunately I was a bit late as he made room by getting rid of the very rusty cars. Still there was a few R30 skylines including a coupe, a C231 laurel and amoungst the piles of cars on cars there was a 260c sedan sitting by it self with a missing fender. I wish my camera was charged as it looked so proud.
There was a range of toyotas including supras, soarers, all the celicas (not the porn star one), mark2, cressidas, crestas, crowns etc etc
All cars are only missing small things so guess its a un-touched site.
Im heading back up on monday to get photos and maybe some parts.

About an hours drive north from wellington. The corona mark2s were the same shape as your chaser. No fender mirrors but did have IRS rears. You want stuff when I go back next week?

Was the c231 the same as the one i had if so the new onwner is looking for front screen as smith and smith mucked him round a bit - will pay top dollar to

if you could get your hands on the coil and igniter pack that wud bee awsum. there two types one with an external ballast restior and the one with a built in restor thats the one i need
