Swaped the pump out today. Kicker her in the guts again, and warmed the old girl up. Set the tappets, and fiddled with the idle mixture. I need to get my hands on a timing light, and I'll be finished with the motor.
Then it's just exhaust, tyres, and a little bit of rust and a b rake bleed, and she'll be in for a wof.

I finished up rekitting the carb. Seems to run better now.
Also got an exhaust on it too.
I found that the rear springs weren't captive, to I had the rear inserts shortened. I woulda done the hose or pipe trick, but it has gas inserts. I also had the front inserts shortened by 50mm too. I found some jiggery pokery in the front end that I had to rectify too. I only just got it back on her wheels tonight. I think it might have a teeny bit too much rake.
