started Phosphoric acid washing the car today using 3M stuff going well photos are crap .

One more step towards a WOF just did the brakes all new slaves shoes and my spare drums as the one's on it where so thin.
Blew all the lines out and cleaned out the master all new fluid running through peddle is now hard as a rock.
Still have not sorted out the lights but will run solenoids was going to use 4 one for each light but think that will be over kill will look at replace the sealed beams with H2 style replaceable bulbs .I need good lights as I work a lot of nights and it's about 70ks round trip

Yes Yes got the head lights working started at the relay when it gets a pulse of power it switches between high and low beam ,after a clean up I got it working on the bench but not in the f@#king car .
Worked my way back to the high low beam switch it was just a bit loose as i moved it i heard the relay click happy days says I :burnout:
Time to go nuts with the contact cleaner and we cooking with gas .
Next job is to hook up some power relays to stop voltage drop .


Things left to do before WOF last bit of rust to cut and weld hook up the heater etch prime and then high fill primer both will be 2pak then its glass back in it will not get painted till I get the bum and engine bay sandblasted i hope in the xmas break top will get a sand down and paint sort of BRG same as it was before

Man long time since I've done anything on the J put some gas in it tonight started as soon as the gas hit the carbs Man that feels so good
