it's up to Mark really. Txt him up Dan, and ask him if he can reshedule it. It's better to have everyone there. (especially the club secretary.)

Ok, how bout saturday the 9th, same plan. Thats a bit more notice. Otherwise one night during the week for a meeting only?
Saturday would be best cos then we can have a bbq and drinks
