thats coz u cant see the little skull door locker things

anybody have locknut keys i could borrow to see if they fit my one? failing that il use pipe wrenches to loosen them.want my equips on but cant grrrrrr.

aaaaannnnddddd oh good god the speedo error is huge, i know if its a datsun speedo it will always be out, but 50km is an indicated 70, 80km is 105, and 100km is 135!!!! will fitting my 14s make it worse again? or is there a flash gadget i can fit to my speedo drive to make it work properly?

Lock nut keys are usually about $10 from your local tyre shop like Mag and Chur Bro.
Just drive down there and they will test fit a couple until they have the right one.

I can fix the Speedo for you, and while I am swapping your diff with the one in my 1200 sedan we may as well reset your springs and fit the lowering blocks, sound like a deal
Fitting 14s that have a larger diameter, and thus greater rolling circumference will increase your speed at a give rev, thus making your speed closer to the speedo reading. Speedos can be recalibrated.
Bring the ute around for a Nosy and we can check and see if my lock nut fits.

and yes i realise the horrific reflection off the brickwork onto the paint of the ute, just shows how shiney it is? lies...... its still filthy.....

Looks sweet man!! Don't think you to stress about the speedo. Mines out by heaps as well. You get used to it very quickly!

notice the small gps? mounted over the speedo haha its actually that far out.
