not too noisy - no noisier than a quiet fan heater - but fair point I should have actually checked the dimension specs..

So - have had my meeting with the boss of undisclosed company.

He has agreed to put right the issues I have (ie. the gib damage, wiring the power to the fuse box instead of hotpoint piggyback and moving the unit around the corner) They are charging $225 to do this - but I guess if these had been done to start with the extra materials would have cost this much..

End result
- me = relieved it is sorted and satisfied with the end product - providing they do what is agreed.
- they = saved face (sort of) and glad it is sorted out

Yay - result

If I were you, Id still name them.....to avoid people having to go thru the same things as you in future.

You shouldnt have to pay any extra either, but if your happy to do so to get it resolved then thats cool.

also, I suppose the main thing is, are they going to fix up that conduit running on your main entertaining area patio?

I'll have a think about naming them - all I will say is they are a fairly large company in Wellington.

also the conduit is going to be gone.. I hated the look of it so much

and yay remnant stress is minimal for now.. :|
