thats BS dude!. If you don't get satisfaction, tell the cunt your going to sik fair go on their arses. Target is full of shit, and hosted by a mole and a homo. fair go has the real clout.
Thats very poor, I could fucking near do a better job of it myself. (And I'm faaaaarking rough)

id second the fair go call. my mate was on fair go they were more than helpful to tackle the situation.
its just the old case of dropping balls when somebody big gets involved.

Fair Go / Media is my final resort if I get zero satisfaction.. The guy is visiting tommorow and will see how things proceed..

So - have had my meeting with the boss of undisclosed company.
He has agreed to put right the issues I have (ie. the gib damage, wiring the power to the fuse box instead of hotpoint piggyback and moving the unit around the corner) They are charging $225 to do this - but I guess if these had been done to start with the extra materials would have cost this much..
End result
- me = relieved it is sorted and satisfied with the end product - providing they do what is agreed.
- they = saved face (sort of) and glad it is sorted out

If I were you, Id still name them.....to avoid people having to go thru the same things as you in future.
You shouldnt have to pay any extra either, but if your happy to do so to get it resolved then thats cool.

I'll have a think about naming them - all I will say is they are a fairly large company in Wellington.
also the conduit is going to be gone.. I hated the look of it so much
and yay remnant stress is minimal for now..
