Or if the officer was kind enough to give "compliance", in which you have 7 days to correct the problem and take it to the cop shop to get it cleared/checked.. e.g. no front bumper ticket etc

Well it was 9 months out got it today, cop did say if i got it this week and we go in and tell them our sob story they'll think about letting us off.
