Yup i emailed him last night but guess im not going to hear back from him for 3 weeks when hes back from holiday from the states.
has anyone made up a page of step by step photos of how to do it? Seems pretty straight ford.
by the looks of photos iv seen im going to have to look at getting a electric fan mounted

just unbolt and away you go........ you must have to put the belt and one of the pulleys on at the saame time, i would think it would be the water pump pulley etc

Yea seemed pretty straight ford but yea nothing lined up..
The one that has the 4 holes on it for the fan
is 43mm on car but on pulley they are 37mm and the inside diameter is 68mm doesnt fit over

Ok i emailed him saying its wrong and bla bla and hes emailed back saying do A15 have a diffrent waterpump pulley?
Could anyone awnser that question for me?

Ok so i got some measurents..

Water pump pulley inside diameter is 80mm on car & 68mm on G/P

Bolt holes for fan 42mm-43mm on car & 35mm on G/P

Alternator main hole is 16-17mm on car & 31mm on G/P

Alternator pulley width on car is 21mm & 29mm on G/P

& Crank pulley hole on G/P is 27mm
^^ dont know bout on car as havent taken that pulley off
does anyone have one handy they can measure

So the guy has emailed back and said has sold 30 kits no problem..
think i need to find the diffrent style waterpump

my guess would be, you have been supplied the wrong kit, therefore its possible that the kit has been packaged wrong from the factory your seller bought it from, I would suggest that your seller checks the dimensions of your kit against any he has in stock. It shouldn't be that hard, never heard of different water pumps on an A15

Thats what i thought but he asked for me to send a pic of the kit he sent.. i did he replied yup thats the right kit
there is waterpump called long nose and short nose for A15
