Yeh that what I thought. Not much happening at moment but got some of parts out of storage. gutted to see something fell on a mint coupe dash and put a small chip in it. Anyone know someone that can fix this with out recovering it near TGA. Plus a few boxes of parts. Was having a beer and looking at back of car and Flare look high so as I'm looking at repainting I moved it down to match the front. Needs a little sanding here and there to get fitting bit nicer. Removed the cow vents that were painted grey to reveal a big rag stuffed down there. Waiting to see a big rust hole but nothing there. lucky someone had blocked them up. Trying to do a cashe for a guy who wants a bench top in swap for a Link Computer so I can asshole all wiring and start again with new wires front to back. That will get rid of the birds nest under dash. While at work I'm going to make a mould for the rear spoiler and get a mate to fibreglass it up.

Finally after some 90 hr weeks I get some money an some time to work on the coupe. trying to work out some dodgy wiring. I find a wire not hooked up to nothing in cab follow it though to wiring loom in engine bay and goes to nothing. FFS. fuel pump stopped working so followed wire from back of car to front. couldn't work it out it had a join half way down. followed wire from computer to coils and it had 3x joins in it.so I have ordered a link and got a guy to do a full rewire on whole car.

Now Link getting sorted the guy wiring it is having a few laughs at the dodgy wiring. he cant believe home many wires start off one colour and end up with 3x joins to another colour to final spot. New AME coils going in map sensor new boost controller to go with Link. Next is panel shop, Fraser Street panel doing some small rust repairs and tidy up the rest of it. Thinking about some new rims as 7.5 inch might not be wide enough. Being looking at some 9.5 inch for rear. once car is back ill check out how the rally flares look on it. Check out the wiring from last guy photos

With link almost done and all dash wiring redone and should be running in a week I got new map sensor, new NZEFI Coil Ignition ,Cam angle sensor, Boost control solenoid as it was missing when I got it so all new parts should sort it out. I found a photo of another coupe with bigger flares on it and will see if my rally car flares will suit the coupe and see if wheels suit it too. got a photo of car and the wiring that was pulled out
