Nah, I don't think it was in 2003, one WOF guy recorded it as 106xxx and the next guy just recorded it as 6xxx as it's only a 5 digit odo. In 2013 it went from 116xxx from the last recorded mileage in 2008 which was 124xxx.

good spotting, it never got a wof between 2008 and 2013, im not sure what to think now
the other problem is the last number on the chassis number has been drilled out whats the chances of passing a revinn like that?

with a green sticker can you get a wof anywhere to get it taken off???? or does it need to be done at a ltsa depot thing????

yea its for loud exhaust so it has to be removed at a l.v.v.a certifier, the police are helping me now to sort proof of ownership so i can go through the process of a revin

Best of luck with it man. Dont want to be negative but was talking with a vtnz man today and he had a similar issue few years back with a land cruiser that had a tag swap. The chassis number also had a hole drilled through and apparantly they wouldnt revin it.

I'd be asking the constabulary to investigate the former owners, and charge whoever converted it.
