Jesse if your in board CVs have the same splines as short nose (Silvia) plugs then a Clutch R180 in a Long nose Viscous housing might work easily. (Viscous housings are slightly wider) Viscous out puts need a different extension spline on one side.

iam thinking and somebody can tell me if iam wrong here.......... so I was gunna buy a r180 lsd but I cant work out the axles until I have the rear end stripped??? is that correct?
I would like to have all the parts before I start but with this I get the feeling I cant

That looks like a Torsen diff. It will be a short nose too so you'd need a long nose diff to put the centre in.
