Its been a fantastic last week of sunshine over here in Sandy bay so I'm guessing you've had it good enough in Nelson to crack on with your paintwork eh?
I love a car with a bit of history, especially when its been owned from when you're young. Constant evolution of modifications going on there

yes the wether has been mostly sunny , but cold .and only short sun hours in my yard .
i got it prepped , and went to spray it on sunday . was way too cold again .
had a few issues . a massive truck and trailer sped past my gate and coated it with dust on coat 1 .
instantly wreaked it . then a couple of reactions to really screw me over .
so got to wait and sand it again for another coat .
not all was lost the subframe and suspension can now stay in , as i will just touch it up from here .
bloody upsetting ,

Oh cripes. Yeah that would piss me off. Do you live next to a gravel road?
When I was painting my hillman imp this summer gone it stinking hot(too hot), no spray booth and a novice painter me, a problem was sandflies etc landing on the fresh paint.
Edit: yeah I see it's gravel in front of your workshop
