i dont have a compressor, but i do have a vacuum bleeder thingy but i dont trust it as much as the normal method. do you think if i just bleed the heck out of the system it will eventually get better than what it is?

You can bleed the master at the pipe nuts if you want, that can help, just messy, watch your paint.
HAve you touched the rear brakes? What is their adjustment like?

havent adjusted them since when i put the new wheel cylinders in, but i wouldnt have thought they would have changed much since i havent been driving it but i could be very wrong.

Does the pedal pump up to a full pedal and hold pressure?

it builds up a little and falls when i start the engine but i wouldnt say it builds up to a proper pressure because its still quite easy to get it to the floor. the manifold vacuum to the booster is good but havent looked at the check valve
