Without a hoist it's a massive biatch.

Only advice I can offer is instead of using a pipe bender to do the bends, use a 2inch ID or there abouts round piece of pipe to pull the fuel line around to make the 90's.

Roughly the strut tube size, so much easy than a cheap pipe bender, I did the same with some brake lines.

That tank looks sweet.

Well today I finished dressing a shitload of welds in the boot and removing the old fuel tank mounts from the strut towers, I also added some more welds to the frame now that the sheet metal is finished and a couple of welds to the angle mounts on the tank.
And just finished putting a single coat of POR 15 on the inside and underneath of the boot floor, It looks a million times better. Will have to get some more POR 15 and do another coat or two though before its ready for seam sealing.

that looks mint! You could probably just use butyl mastic (window sealant) to seal the tank in.

to seal what part, do you mean between the fuel pump and tank?

Yup and expensive! But ultimately worth it because I'm fussy and like things too look nice :)
