I punched Keith black pistons into Google and it didn't take long to find huge amounts of info surrounding bad piston quality. Its a shame because I was excited about getting a set of these also
You hit the nail on the head mate thats exactly how I felt but i bought a set of MAHLE pistons today so hoping they will be better.

I bought a set of Mahle pistons today so hoping they are better than the rubbish I got yesterday. I done a bit more on the braided setup tonight and finished off all the fittings that go into the carb which look not to bad I think. I still wish i had gone with black fittings instead of the blue and red but in saying that black is now being used more in street cars etc and is becomming more common and the blue/red is still more race car orrientated.
