didnt realise you could get that done. I had already drawn up, for my previous versions, but the company I used could only do 5mm thick ones, was gonna sandwhich them together, nevermind whats done is done.

I know for in future.

I won't tell you what it ended up costing me.

I can't do profile cutting on site, I would have got it down through Fabrum solutionshere in chch. They are not toooo badly priced, certainly cheaper than ex oz!

Got tomorrow off work to hopefully bolt in some shocks and diff, and roll it on to the trailer and bring the coupe home.
It has been lonely not having a Datsun in the garage for 7 months now...
Repair work is 95% done, and should be epoxy primed over all the works.
I plan to fit out and get going the new EFI / ECU / EDIS setup, and sort out all my fuel lines and the stuff, before doing the final body filling, blocking and jamming.

Will get some photos of it when it gets home

So as always, been a bit of a delay with progress....
But went to see coupe at weekend, and its not far away.
Photos below show the rebuilt A pillar, and new sill section.
the patch panel for behind sill and rear wheel arch are made, but not yet fitted.
Hoping to get final metal work done this week, and priming finished next week,
then home next weekend for "pre" fitout.
