If its only on the back then you can use the spacers you have as slip on spacers, as long as they are up to 20mm thick. 25mm for bolt on.
My 120Y had 12mm slip on spacers that way (with longer studs that bart now has) on the rear made from flat alloy without the locating rings as factory the datsun drums do not have locating rings. Was certed in 2009 bu pretty sure its the same ruling.
You may need to cap screw those spacers to the drum (think euro eg opel vectra front discs that have the little screw to hold them on so the disc doesnt turn on the hub while trying to fit wheel bolts) - easy as to drill and tap the drum as your spacers already have xtra holes if you use them as slip on's.

We dont sell them - Vaughan Motors in Timaru are your best shot.
To make them legal for cert, your wheels also need to hubcentric and the spacers need to be also. You'll need to measure the ID Of your wheel and OD of the spacer. Id of the spacer and OD of your hub, so effectively you'll have two sets of Centerbore Locating Rings
ok sweet as cheers man much appreciated ill have a look into it.
unfortunately brocky its my front wheels. back all fits fine over the brakes without spacers

Oh heya fellas. My names Garth and this is my picture...
This is a 6mm piece of steel. What I'm needing is something of similar shape but probabaly about 20mm deep, so for all you engineering chaps out there or people with random steel sitting around...needing 8 of these things or something similar. Could probably be made out of box steel etc
Beers, cash etc you know the deal
