What struts are these chris, are they a 510 or 910/r30/r31 etc and what hub and disk are you putting them. Im just trying to decide what strut to use for a set of coil overs. I have a set of r30 but the r30 disk is part if the hub and a 510/910 hub has a bolt/slip on disk so im unsure if the 910 hub will fit the r30 strut?

Hey man, I'm using r31 struts with 910 hubs but I have done the same conversion using r30. Bearings and offset are the same, they go straight on.
Im using r32 GTR 296mm rotors with GTR calipers too.

Got a new rubber kit from the states. Seems to be "the bee's knees" and fitting well. "Should be for the price!".Got all the side windows in. Just got to wait for the headlining to be fitted before the front and rear screens can be fitted.

The boot rubber in and all floor bungs in. Didn't take any pix 'cos I don't believe you are the least bit interested in looking at 'bungs' or 'boot rubbers'.

I am interested in how you got the rubbers to stick! I couldn't get them to stick at all!

F2 contacts adhesive. The secret with this is don't be in a hurry to stick things together, leave it to give it plenty of time. Also, hot glue gun glue but only if you're not wanting to remove rubbers at a later date and especially in one piece.

Tried F2 contact adhesive, tried giving it plenty of time etc, no good
Tried 3m Super Weatherstrip Adhesive. Nothing is sticking well to the paint or the rubbers.

Had some pros do it, a few weeks later the adhesive failed!

Ahh well, will have to have another go. Show us your boot rubbers installed :P
