Lol thanks guys, I'm fairly sure its just the driveshaft which needs replacing and i think dans got a spare one i can steal... But i think the gearbox may have gone aswell - (happened just after you saw me the other morning Chris!) I know im leaving it to the last minute but i have friday off work and am hoping to get it all done then.

I hope you get it done, havent seen a 2 door in the flesh, and they one of me favourites

na, those gearbox's will last forever.....just ask John (skdmrx), he drove his 1200 with fucked gearbox all the way to dunedin and back!
driveshaft should be easy fix, swap with dans, or if he doesnt have one.....uni-joints are like $50 and take an hour or so to replace

Lol yea we've been driving ours with a stuffed gearbox since we owned it!! its not going into gears now tho but ill put some redline oil in it n see if it helps.

Gore and back(changed gear box oil in a gutter in omarau tho),then drove it round for another month before it finally died!

Yeah we will sort it out.
Was talkin to hayden last night and he pulled his engine out to do some oil leaks and will have it back in to bring up friday after work!
