as far as i know its got the 1600 springs, and dodgy shocks, (we put them in on that failed working bee day) and the idea was to make a canvas similar to the pajero has in that pic (that one looks like its metal) so the roof and rear windscreen can be kept and the inside (whats left of it) can stay dry and be used as a seat and hold a stereo and speakers.
Id be keen for another working bee day, just gotta say wen

Its gonna be a light as fuck trailer so it aint gonna tow nicely so i say slam it!!! with epic rear camber.
its 2010 not the 80s!
Also to keep the hot plates in place a simple strop will keep things in order

leave the doors on, and roof chopped down to just above the c-pillar vent

Too low might look good, but it wont be functional. if it can't go anywhere cos it cant cross speed bumps, of can't travel down a gravel track it might as well not be towable, and just sit in someones back yard.
If it's too slammed, going over bumps it will bounce hard. then the burners will come out, and make a mess. (the burners, not the hot plates)
As for the coils, since the spring is mounted on the arm, (And not directly adjacent to the hub like with a macpherson strut) it needs a stiffer spring to offer the same rebound that would be needed in a macpherson stut aplication.
Hence when I tried 1200 fronts it had nothing like enough rebound. (Even though I would doubt the trailer would weigh as much as the front half of a 1200 with the motor in it)
