Thanks.
We like it too.
It's a ford focus colour called 'electric orange" except the pearl and the metal flakes have been left out whereas ginge of the south's car is the 'full' colour.
Just gotta be a bit different.

F2 contacts adhesive. The secret with this is don't be in a hurry to stick things together, leave it to give it plenty of time. Also, hot glue gun glue but only if you're not wanting to remove rubbers at a later date and especially in one piece.
Tried F2 contact adhesive, tried giving it plenty of time etc, no good
Tried 3m Super Weatherstrip Adhesive. Nothing is sticking well to the paint or the rubbers.
Had some pros do it, a few weeks later the adhesive failed!
Ahh well, will have to have another go. Show us your boot rubbers installed
Hi ginge.
Just wondering if you might need to lightly sand where the rubbers touch to give glue some purchase or maybe you have polished the area and glue not able to stick because of the wax from the polish.

Waiting on diff so we can install adjustable rear crossmember so just doing little jobs at present.
More pix of small progress.
Finally got it on it's wheels.
Got the diff into the subframe and height looks pretty good but will be going down a bit more but not much.
Hopefully Akaroa next year.
