I am a Quantity Surveyor (QS). Yet as the name may sumise it has nothing to so with surveying.
I manage the contractual and financial side of commercial construction projects. I have to manage subcontractors

, price changes

and make $$ claims to the client

.
I am currently working on a $120 Million hospital upgrade as part of a team of 4 QS's.
My previous profession was Linehaul Truck Driver (Some days I really miss it)

I enjoyed reading what every one does, very interesting range of skills. I used to move furniture at the family bizo, then started car audio which moved to car security which is how I met flauski, then appliances before knocking the ex up and looking to study. In my first year doing civil engineering atm which I enjoy very much.
