I am a Quantity Surveyor (QS). Yet as the name may sumise it has nothing to so with surveying.

I manage the contractual and financial side of commercial construction projects. I have to manage subcontractors :baseballbat: , price changes :pc: and make $$ claims to the client :deadhorse: .

I am currently working on a $120 Million hospital upgrade as part of a team of 4 QS's.

My previous profession was Linehaul Truck Driver (Some days I really miss it) :violin:  .

I used to move furniture at the family bizo, then started car audio which moved to car security which is how I met flauski, then appliances before knocking the ex up and looking to study. In my first year doing civil engineering atm which I enjoy very much.
