Karma also plays a part. I reckon what goes around comes around.
I never dealt with stolen shit and "touch wood" never had any of my cars touched. I used to drive a 79 cressida which was low on mint condition 15x8 and 9 ssr's. I was always worried about where I parked it as was my daily car. It never got touched or vandalised in the years I owned it and was never insured.
I think all you can do is either get creative like Ginge is (top man) and just know whats going around you.
Im not dissing on uniden but they are messy and not to reliable. I had a call today regarding one doing funny things so will be looking at it on saturday. Im looking forward to seeing the install and hope she is hot

yeah, I have a Uniden in my car, and had one in my other car too.
both times I've had some issue's with them.
Although, they are cheap, and have dual imobiliser and black wiring with dummies....so not too bad

P.S. dont advertise your security fetures on a public site :D
That was found out to be a Insurance job was it not? My granddad had one at the time His was blue and he had a lot of shady people coming round and so on. So we put the ministock behind it. Fuck me dead it was from a locked shed that needed 3 electric doors opened a ministock moved a trailer moved all within 4 1/2 hours. Neighbour heard alarm but it was turned off within 45seconds so thought it was my grandad. Skyline has never been found however the cops did find a few stolen cars at a place that had been sending containers out frequently in Bell Block close to my Grandparents.
