i think my laurel came with a normal length box from memory. im looking into an Lseries box at the moment. would rather just find an L series as i cant really justify the extra cost of an rb/sr box. ill hit you up about the other parts when im back in town daniel, cheers

I can't believe you can't find even a 4 speed box i was chopping them up and selling the input shafts for clutch aligning tools cos i couldn't even sell them on trade me for $1.
Surely someone must have a spare gearbox for you this is just weird. Shame its not an A series 2 4speeds at my local scrap yard now from 120ys.

FFS, save them mate!
The mini stockers (GRRRR) are wasting them flat out. ONe day there'll be none left. Even buy them, and stick them on tardme at what they owe you just to keep them in circulation!

All right i'll have a look tomorrow the motors are in very very unknown condition by the looks of them they came from cars that have spent the last 10 years under trees.

The motors aren't worth much, but gearboxes are easily destroyed, and therefore well worth keeping in circulation.

Ah ok 1 gearbox was broken where the shifter goes in (damaged when ripped from car im guessing) the other looked to be in good physical condition on the outside anyway.

I might have a 510 4 speed going cheap, no $$$ required. Will it fit or get you by till you find what you really want?
