i've done the s13 swap onto 120y struts on both my utes. Is a really good upgrade for such light vehicles. Need to:

1. machine hub down a couple of mm's so rotor can fit over.

2. need longer wheel studs (s13 again)

3. adapter plate (obviously)

4. remember this increases your track width by about 20mm's per side so make sure wheel offset wont stick out before you swap it

5. you can use same master cylinder, size is fine and 120y already has a disk/drum setup

6. you might also need slightly longer front brake hoses from calipers to hardlines, but maybe try it first (i haven't had to do it every time)

i think thats the main points from memory

3. adapter plate (obviously) Hook me up Bart

4. remember this increases your track width by about 20mm's per side so make sure wheel offset wont stick out before you swap it. This should be fine on the current set up and I plan on changing rims at a later date

5. you can use same master cylinder, size is fine and 120y already has a disk/drum setup. I currently dont have a booster but will be getting one from a B310 this week

6. you might also need slightly longer front brake hoses from calipers to hardlines, but maybe try it first (i haven't had to do it every time) Im sure the new lines were longer any way

i think thats the main points from memory
Much appreciated Grant and every one else for advice.

You might get 10mm per side extra track width, but not much more.

I'm looking at drilling a few sets of plates friday or saturday.
I'll let you know when they're done.
