shit yeah guys cant wait to see you all in Oamaru it will be awesome to get a line up of real cars down the old part of town normally only english stuff down there. we will have the rally car entered in the Otago rally so that weekend is prolly bit busy for us but you could still come down and have a look.

I'd tend to lean away from making it the same weekend as the rally.
For one, it'll make cheap and cheerful accomadation more difficult to secure. And two, the two local boys will be racing, which will exlcude them from showing us the local attractions.

I would tend to agree with you on this one......and am also told it may be to close to number 2 arrival for me to go away.

I would highly reccomend a cruise up the waitaki valley to the lakes up there.Mean roads,awsome scenery and the top of the benmore dam would be the ultimate park up spot!
oh and you can get avgas on pump from caltex in kurow on the way up!

Ok so plenty of interest, lets nail a date and some sort of plan for the cruise.
We could head down through the McKenzie country and meet up with the Southern Guys coming up through Cromwell at Omarama. Otago guys could meet there too, coming up the Waitaki, Park up on a Dam, cruise to Oamaru for a social and Prize giving? Who's in From Southland? Otago? Canterbury?
What day? Venue Hayden? Come on, April is almost upon us.

If there was interest I'd be keen for a trip over Danseys Pass, maybe the next day.

I might reneg on my 07 statement and actually attend this without a zed. Lets see what the dates are first.

Put up some dates that suit or don't suit, first in gets heard first!
