After 6 years the car is road legal and back on road.drove it today and man what a feeling it is to drive a 510 after 7 years.
For the last 2 months i have been working on the car almost everyday but worth the effort.
Special thanks to 510BRE (shane) for helping me with some parts and to all those from whom i bought some parts of...
shane from te atatu, gave me a 510 service manual and assisted with steering system.
chris from glenfield
shane from hampton downs
Imran and dion from repco manukau
cameron from bnt G.I
roman from autostop G.I
wayne and ardi from pitstop airport
my brother and nephew from fiji who sent me some parts as well.
car is not 100% complete,i still need some bits and pieces.once its all completed then i will paint it.
cheers
mohit

Liking the hot wires & really appreciate the wheel selection for era of vehicle or in other cases at lease a wheel that was common selection in the "hay day" ... Hot wires & some other SSR BBS etc are still been made over the years but personally a 50's 60's 70's or even 80's classic with biggish "modern" mags that hadn't been standard issue on the street in the era of the vehicle doesn't do anything for me with respect to those running big HP, needing traction or highly modified suspension, hubs, running gear etc... Big wheels on a race car with flared guards etc is another story

Good work Mohit. You obviously work hard to get your projects going. You'll need to employ drivers to get all your road legal datsuns to the next cruise!
