dont forget that wheels usually rub the piece the door goes into on that outer guard - happened when i fit 195/50/15's onto 6.5 inch rims - so is worth beating that out or cuting it out and making a flared piece. chur progress thou.

Nah a mate of ours had kindly done the metal work on my car, But I am very lucky to have im and Matt around or i would have made nowhere near the progress i have.
